This is a translation for information. The Romanian version is the one that applies.

2. What this website is
On this website we present the steel mounting structures for solar panels that we manufacture, our services and the projects we have carried out.
The website does not sell online: you cannot place orders, make payments or create an account. The form on the Request a quote page is a request for a quote, not an order, and does not bind you to anything. Any collaboration is based on a written quote and a separate contract signed by both parties.
3. Technical information on the website
We consider the published technical information — profiles, materials, the way a structure is sized — to be correct at the date of publication.
The technical information on the website is indicative and does not constitute a contractual offer. A solar mounting structure is sized for the site where it is installed: soil type, slope, wind and snow zone, the panels used. The price, materials and deadlines that apply to a given project are set only after it has been analysed and are communicated in writing, in a quote.
We accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information on the website, without a written quote from us.
4. Images, diagrams and animations
The photographs show projects carried out by us or in which we took part. Renderings, diagrams and 3D animations are illustrative: they show the principle, not the dimensions, the number of parts or the exact appearance of a delivered structure.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, renderings, technical drawings, animations, the SolarTraders brand and the structure of the website belong to BUILD ONE A.G. SRL or are used with the consent of their owners.
They may be viewed freely. Taking, reproducing or using them for commercial purposes, in whole or in part, requires our written consent. Quoting a short excerpt, with the source stated and a link to the original page, is allowed.
6. Articles
The articles on the website (in Romanian) are for information only. They do not replace a specialist design, a structural calculation, a grid connection study or the advice of a specialist.
Articles on legislation, regulations and funding describe the situation at the date of publication, shown at the beginning of each article. The rules may have changed since; check the regulations in force before taking a decision.
7. Links to other websites
The website contains links to other sources. We do not control the content of those websites and are not responsible for it.
8. Availability of the website
We do everything in our power to keep the website available and correct. We cannot, however, guarantee uninterrupted operation: there may be periods of unavailability due to maintenance, the hosting provider or events beyond our control. We reserve the right to change or withdraw the content of the website at any time.
9. Personal data
What happens to the data sent through the form and to the technical data of your visit is described in the Privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update this document. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably or, if that is not possible, by the competent courts at the company’s registered office.
If you are a consumer, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL).
