Owner’s Engineering & Project Management
We represent the owner’s technical interests in solar park, battery storage (BESS) and HV/MV substation projects. You always have a single source of information on the project: scope, schedule, cost, risks, decisions, permits, quality and handover. We work to our internal methodology, ST-PMS-001.

The site, the grid connection and constructability, checked before the layout is fixed. The result: a decision to go ahead, hold or redesign.

Land rights, easements, permits and correspondence with the authorities, followed up until obtained.

Design
The design by discipline — PV, substation, storage, civil, SCADA — coordinated, reviewed and approved for construction.

Procurement and construction
Procurement, long-lead equipment, construction, cost, quality and site safety.

Commissioning and handover
Energisation, performance tests, as-built documentation and project close-out.

Monthly executive report
Schedule against baseline, cost — budget, committed, invoiced, paid, estimate at completion —, risks, permits, procurement and quality, on a single dashboard.
Project registers
Documents, decisions, risks, permits and changes, kept up to date and available at any time.
Handover package
As-built documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, the equipment and warranty register and the final project report.
Group relationships, disclosed
When a BuildOne group company also supplies the structure or carries out the works on the same project, the quote says so. Checks that must be independent are carried out by third parties with no conflict of interest.
